Resole yore shoes!

With the proper care Yore shoes can last for many years. Some have been walking around for more than 20! Many times when it seems like the shoes have seen their last day, a fresh resole and reconditioning can bring them back to life! When you send them to me for resole, I will check and repair any worn stitching, as well as recondition the leather to bring back it's luster.
Please try to get them to me before you see that you are beginning to wear into the mid-sole layers, or if you have begun to see stitches where the sole is worn away. I can likely still work with them, but it makes the job harder, and reduces the life of your shoes.
Shoes that have been resoled regularly can be resoled for as many times as the life leather uppers will allow!
I can't recommend enough that you send your shoes back to me for resoling. Maybe your local cobbler does adequate shoe-repair, but I've seen far too many nice shoes destroyed by a repair guy that either doesn't care about you, or your shoes.
Standard resole is $50, add $20 for HD Heel.

Caring for Yore shoes

Most people don't do anything to care for their shoes. This seems to work fine for them and they seem quite happy with things,..that's great...but if you want the most out of Yore new shoes, a little bit of periodic care can go a long way to preserving the life of them.
Don't worry about getting them wet, just make sure they get a chance to dry completely before you toss them in the closet. Also, be aware that repeated wet/dry cycles can dry out the leather.
 ~Moisturize! If your leather is getting a bit dried out head down to your local shoe-store, or grocery store, and get a small container of any creme-style conditioner for leather. Nothing fancy necessary, just something that will help re-moisturize the leather. You could even use bacon grease, or butter for that matter, but beware of what the dog might think about your delicious smelling shoes....
~Resole! Send those shoes in for resoling before you wear too far down on them and they'll come back to you as good as new-ish.

Return Policy

Sometimes shoes just don't fit. Don't Panic!
  No problem, I understand that this happens occasionally and I am happy to make sure that you get a pair of shoes that fits you properly.
  If your shoes don't fit perfectly right out of the box, don't worry... this is normal. The shoes are designed to fit snugly at first, then stretch, shape, and mold to your feet.
   You have 30 days from when you receive your shoes to get in touch to determine the best way to address your concerns.
  When you first put them on, try them on barefoot to break them in, then wear them around the house for a day. If they still feel like they need to stretch, soak them in hot (not boiling) tap water, or wear them in the shower. Then wear them around the house wet to facilitate the leather's stretching.
  If after taking these steps to remedy the tight shoes, (within another 30 days of receiving them) they still don't fit right, please get in touch right away to talk about what to do next.
   Sending them back to me to give them a good stretching is usually the next best step, and most of the time this resolves any issues.
  If after I've stretched them here, and sent them back to you, they still don't work right... you have another 30 days to get in touch again to let me know they still don't fit. I will be happy make them again after we determine what specific issue kept the first pair from fitting properly.

   Don't just throw the shoes in the closet to be forgotten for many months before contacting me. I don't run large warehouses of quietly rotting shoes like Zappos or Amazon, and I cannot offer a one-year return policy, but if you work with me to get you the right pair of shoes in a timely fashion, I will gladly work with you!
